Chuck Leathers R.E. Co.
moves to a new office after 15 years
had to... the filing cabinets were full

Well, we did it! After about 90 days of hectic renovation, packing, shredding, consolidating and moving, we were able to open our new office at 60A Main St. in Frisco on July 4th week.
We invited past buyers, sellers, current customers and Realtors to sit on our front patio and watch the parade. We had a ton of folks here for snacks, iced tea, coffee, lemonade and everyone got a balloon. I’m glad we got biodegradable ones because some of them got away from the kids. The Chuck Leathers logo was probably raining down in Georgetown.

afternoon
It was really a blast. I saw past customers who I’d not seen for years. Mollie McCarthy showed each one our new 24 hour interactive property tour display in the front window… whether they wanted to see it or not! Nell Campbell and her husband Geoff served food, blew up balloons and yakked with everyone. My wife, Dotti Augustine helped out with food and set-up and visited with about a hundred of her friends and fellow teachers.
By the end of the day, everyone in town knew we were here.
So why did I invest this much time and money in building a new location? In this market?? Because I fully expect and believe that our best days are still ahead. And I’m really not ready to stop working. So for the foreseeable future, I’m here.
When I began doing this in 1985, I really didn’t think this far ahead. 25 years in the business has brought me incredible freedom, rewards, opportunities and relationships. I’m really not ready to give that up. This move has made me see that.
Thanks to all of my present and past customers who have supported my business. I’ll still be here when you need me again.
Drop by and see what we’ve done with the place! We might even have some cookies left.
